Return policy

Return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of its receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. After 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you purchased your product from a gallery or a website other than nikiulehla.com, please contact the original place of purchase to arrange for a return.

The following are non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (the original order number) to be included with your return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of us receiving your item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card billing statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email. Once we have communicated back via email that your item may be exchanged then you can send us the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once you have contacted us regarding your return and we have confirmed that you should send the item back to us, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
